When is the Next Google Page rank – PR update 2012

I assume that you have reached this page as you already know about Google Page Rank. If not, Google Page Rank value is a reputation rank given by Google algorithm to each website / web page on a scale from 0 – 10. PR0 being the lowest and PR10 the highest.
If you are a regular follower of the OrangeCopper Blog, you might have observed that we have followed the Google PageRank update from January 1st 2011 to December 31st 2011 (the entire year). We have predicted, listed, announced and followed up each and every PR updates by Google at the hugely successful blog post – Google Page Rank update 2011
We will continue to predict, list and followup on the Google PageRank updates for this year as well through this new post. The first and latest Google Page Rank update of this year (2012) was on 6th February 2012 as predicted. Below is the continuously tracked PR updates and dates.
As per the previous Google Page rank updates as we have seen yet and shown in the table above we can approximately say when we are expecting the next update. The updates till now as per my observations were :
- January 2013 (prediction)
- November 7th 2012
- August 2nd 2012
- July 2012
- April 2012
- 6th February 2012
NOTE: All the above data is based on assumptions made on the previous patterns. Google might have minor PR updates throughout the year, but the Major update pattern is as above. Lets hope the update is as expected All the best for all webmasters.

A letdown for me too.
My three sites have still 0-1-1 in PG.
I moved them to my own new domain names in february 2011.
My Google Pagerank got updated to 0 from “No pagerank information available” though it was not a big change but I still excited to get it somewhere around 2-3 or 4 by next Google PR update can you tell me some expected date and possible ways to do that.. Only Google knows when they update and it’s quite possible they wont update it. I remember a while back when they didn’t update any websites for about 6 months. I think they do that from time to time to see which webmasters are still willing to add new content without just chasing the PR.
I’m really looking forward the pagerank update. I guess i should be trying my hardest to get more traffic and write more quality content before April.

My site jumped from a pr1 to pr4. I suppose due to widget that other sites used with link backs to my sites. I don’t expect the same results next time. I will check your site from time to time on google pagerank days. They always catch me off guard.
PR Update in Feb was spot on – We got PR2 on some page and PR3 and PR4 on a very few pages also, so we are really looking forward to this next PR Update to see what changes it will bring… Good Luck to all you guys who didn’t get PR updated last time.
The next visible PageRank update is expected around the first week in May 2012. NOTE: Google recalculates PageRank EVERY TIME it crawls the Web, so you never really know what your true PageRank is from day to day.

I would like to make something clear about achieving PageRank.
Its a mixture of backlinks, site contents and traffic. See all three things are interrelated. If you have good backlinks, that means you got good amount of recommendations from other sites. If you got some useful contents, then both content and recommendation will give you a better position in search engine and results good amount of traffic each day.. What do you need more to improve your pagerank?

Google is updating their pagerank toolbar today. I don’t think they yet finished it. You will find changes. One of my site got the promotion. Check your site pagerank.

I want to share with you all that My site has got PR1 after this updating. I want to really work hard and increase my PR in the next PR update. I can suggest you all please be honest and don’t use webspam now onwards when you are working in your own site, otherwise your site can be penalized by Google. Be aware and keep safe.

To increase the Page Rank of your domain is very challenging. Its more fun when you know that you can receive good deal or more money. I gain my PR4 naturally then I lost it when I place a text link ads. It was a very good experience from PR4 drop to PR2. And now my domain is currently at PR3.
I have seen major changes with new small sites. I also experienced some drop for demoted sites, though. But no pagerank upgrade with more than 200+ sites checked.
My PR is droped to Zero. It seems I have to wait for more 3 months to get better PR again. I m get about 10 backlinks daily.

Guys… just a question. has anybody ever related Google PR to Alexas Rank? Over the few past month I found some similarities on some of our pages, mostly game related. Also… I am not sure if there is a secondary algorythm according to the “field ox expertise” of a site… I think there is!

My Google Page rank is same even after the page rank update. But after the penguin update my visitors are down to almost zero from about 3000 page views per day.
Does google’s PR still worth something? I think the only important thing is top SE positions!
